OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create operational or security risks, or if required by law.
